I couldn't be more excited to announce that Chris Bohner will be joining WNDYR as our new CEO. In this role, Chris will lead WNDYR into our post-startup phase, growing our client base and expanding our service offering.
As a company that designs, builds, and implements digital workplaces at enterprise scale, we're thrilled to welcome someone with such a peerless record in our industry.
From growing a startup from six people to 150, to his work at partner level for Hitachi and IBM, Chris is one of the very few people with this breadth and depth of experience in digital transformation strategy. He's navigated mergers and post-acquisition integrations from both sides at multiple companies.
Most recently, as CEO of projekt202 (now Stellar Elements, an Amdocs company), Chris grew revenue from $66M to $141M, including +20% YOY organic growth.

A happy synchronicity of needs brought us together. WNDYR is maturing beyond our startup years. We've gone vertically deep into work management and built a solidly profitable foundation of cornerstone accounts. Now's the time to grow that client base, and expand our service offering horizontally into areas like content management and data management. This is exactly the kind of transition Chris has led for "just-beyond-startup" businesses like ours, over and over.
For his part, after several successful exits in his career, Chris was looking to take on a challenge like that again - but only if he felt real chemistry with the team. Happily, both parties quickly recognized kindred spirits in each other.

To be honest, before I met Chris I wasn't sure he'd jump at this opportunity. Larger companies would love to have someone with his skillset. With a record like his, he could write his own ticket. Over the last 30 years, Chris has built a reputation and a network as unmatched as his skillset. And his Dallas base and Texas roots widen the opportunities for WNDYR in the Dallas-Austin-Houston tech triangle, one of the world's most exciting and fastest-growing tech hubs.
Personally, WNDYR means a lot to me. Of course I expected my successor to be the kind of growth CEO who brings different skills than my own strengths as a founder CEO. But I also hoped we would find someone who understands and believes in the human-first mission close to WNDYR's heart, and my own. I'm completely confident that Chris is that person.
