Tracey Foulkes
Tracey Foulkes holds the roles of Chief People Officer (CPO), Co-Founder, and Chief Operating Officer (COO).
As CPO and COO, she is the driving force behind WNDYR's operational efficiency and its unique human-centric culture.
Tracey ensures that WNDYR's people and processes are aligned to deliver exceptional CX AI services, translating strategic vision into consistent, high-quality global delivery.
Marc Giannettino
Marc Gionnettino is the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Service Delivery.
He is responsible for optimizing WNDYR’s global service operations and guaranteeing the successful execution of all client engagements.
Marc ensures that the delivery of WNDYR's CX AI services is efficient, scalable, and consistently meets the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction worldwide.

Dave Jiminez is the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Sales. He leads the firm’s global revenue strategy and business development efforts.

Mark Haidar
Mark Haidar is a visionary entrepreneur and technologist with over 20 years of experience building and scaling innovative technology companies.
He co-founded Dialexa, a firm that delivered over 200 products for clients like Topgolf and Toyota, before its acquisition by IBM. He also co-founded an incubator that launched successful ventures such as Vinli, the world’s leading connected car platform; Robin, a robotic mowing service; and Rosy Wellness, a holistic health platform for women.
Mark serves on the fiduciary and advisory boards of several companies, including Vinli, WNDYR, Rosy, and XPRIZE. A Presidential Leadership Scholar, philanthropist, and angel investor, he has been recognized as EY Entrepreneur of the Year and D Startup CEO of the Year. Holding multiple patents, Mark continues to push the boundaries of innovation at the intersection of technology and business.
Claire Haidar
Claire Haidar is driven by a deep passion for creating a better working world for humanity, both on Earth and on future planets we discover and inhabit.
To channel this impact, she co-founded WNDYR and currently serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board.
As a visionary entrepreneur and thought leader based in Dallas, Texas, Claire focuses on future-proofing organizations and fostering human-centric workplaces.
She serves on the fiduciary and advisory boards of various future-focused organizations, including The Limitless Space Institute and Loop, ensuring she is at the forefront of technological and organizational evolution.

Selwyn Rayzor
Selwyn Raysor, based in Dallas, Texas, is President of the Rayzor Company, a real estate and investment firm. She serves on the Board of Directors for Suderman & Young Towing and G&H Towing, which are prominent harbor towing companies in the Gulf of Mexico.
She also currently sits on the Board of WNDYR and the Westpark TIRZ (Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone) Board with the city of Denton, Texas.
Selwyn brings a strong background in finance to her roles. Previously, she was a Managing Director within the investment banking division of the ABN Amro Bank in London. Prior to her time in London, she worked as a mortgage derivative trader in New York, demonstrating her deep expertise across various facets of the financial industry.
