WNDYR pledges to join Greenpop’s treevolution

Building a better future is at the heart of everything we do at WNDYR. That's why we’re planting a tree for every company that registers for Pattyrn. We’re partnering with Greenpop, an award-winning non-profit organization headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa, to create a future where people and nature thrive together.
Our donations will plant trees across Sub-Saharan Africa and contribute to Greenpop’s forest restoration goal of 500,000 planted trees by 2025. Not only is this one of the most effective strategies to fight climate change, but it also strengthens forest biodiversity and ecosystem services.
As human behavior specialists, we wanted to choose an organization that aligns with our core values by supporting the people within these local communities. Greenpop follows restoration best practices and offers alternative job training opportunities. All to support sustainable forest management that benefits both the environment and the local communities.
We know how important it is to leave our earth better than we found it. For years, WNDYR has contributed to a better future of work - one where enterprises support employee health and wellness, and meaningful work. However, equitable, thriving workplaces aren’t possible with degrading ecosystems around us.
That’s why, now that we’re making our internal workflow productivity software, Pattyrn, available to the public, we knew we wanted to take its impact beyond the workplace. It's our way of contributing to a better future for all environments and the humans that work within them. And together, we’ll be making a difference - all thanks to you.
